hey rahhs the run was like -.- -.- -.- haha i dont like the route but as if i can do anythg about it but actually i improved compared to the 3km ++ the other time the timing for the 4km ++ that i ran today was faster than the 3km ++ one so yeah hahaha oh wells NO training tmr ): ): ): anyways physics test was managable. i think. eeps.
