sound at light show at the sphinx and pyramids. no point putting up the pics. all black black. haha.

colours preserved for about 2 thousand years++
sumtg like the grand canyon? haha. shrugs

one of the many sunsets we got to see on board

a huge lake created by building the high dam

sunset again

nice views frm the ship

the room on the train is so small u have to stand outside the room to take a picture. haha

pyramids

cairo museum
not many pics cuz the rest will just bore u.
more photos frm dad and sis cam soon!

hello.
im backk!
good to be back i must say.
free from all the SAND
seriously!
it's like all sand and dust there.
there is almost no point in washing ur car there cuz there is sand/dust up down left right.
and the cars are COATED in dust.
and the air there is really not good.
tsk.
but i must say the trip was not bad.
the Egyptians are cool man.
like the ones who lived there thousands of years ago.
cant even compare them to ppl of other nationality somehow.
they can build pyramids tt are 145m high using blocks of rocks tt are at least 2 tonnes without the use of modern technology!
they used about 3 million of those blocks by the way. and they needed 10000 men to work on it.
tt's for the biggest pyramid in egypt.
cool stuff.
the ppl there are generally friendly.
but a little too friendly.
school girls kept saying hello to us.
it was kinda scary.
and some even poked me.
hahha.
guess it's cos we dont wear the headscarf and wear long sleeves.
shopping there was like zero compared to korea.
haha.
it's like the prices are marked up to the sky and u have to bargain like worse than in bangkok.
we didnt dare to buy much when we were at the market.
i basically brisked walked through the streets cuz if u slow down,
the sales ppl will stop infront of u and start to push things in ur hand.
if not, they'll start to guess ur nationality.
and more than a dozen ppl started with "jaaaaapanese? korea? china?"
come on.
since when did i look japanese?
think it must be e ugly hair.
haha.
had countless bad hair days there.
anyway,
we experienced sumtg really diff there.
they call it the sleeping/sleeper train.
yes.
overnight on the train.
the have rooms the size small than ur toilet at home and foldable beds.
the rides are 14 hrs long and u shake like mad in there.
hahaha.
my head was like moving a few hrs aft i got off board.
meals are -.-
so my mom and i had comfort food.
instant noodles and porridge never tasted so so good!
and apparently, the train was erm first class.
haha.
and everythg in the toilet just go down onto the tracks(:
we had a 4 day cruise along the nile, stopping during the days to visit temples and other places of interest.
the cruise was nice.
eat and slack, eat and slack.
spent quite a few hrs in the room with my sister going mad and trying to scare our grandparents next door.
hahhha.
the sun deck was our my favourite chillout place.
not until i sprained my neck.
argh.
couldnt look up the the beautiful ceilings of the temples without groaning in agony.
haha.
still hurts btw.
gnna see the doc tmr.
oh oh.
my sis and i rode on camels!
it was super funny.
but duh.
scary!
so high up!
and there were a few moments when we thought we were gnna fall off the humps.
alrights.
that's about it.
will update when i think of sumtg.
pretty jetlagged now.
slept at 8am and woke up at 5pm.
hahha.
pathetic.
it's 1pm in the aftn there nw and 7pm in singapore.
help.
haha.
okays.
christmas is comingggggggg!!!!!!!!!!
