it's a wednesday!
took the econs test.
i forgot to do qn b(ii)
and tt's like 6 marks.
great(:
got back my math test paper.
Flunked with a captial F.
chem SPA trial today.
wrong ans compared to others.
double great.
but you know, somehow,
despite all these set backs,
i dont seem as affected as i usually would.
maybe it's the expectations.
but i'll take that as a blessing because for now,
not feeling sad/down is a blessing in itself.
and i just wnna say,
thank God for good friends(s).

start of competitions on monday.
saw germs(aj), jayne(acjc), olivia(cj) and stacey(tpj)
it was like a mini st. margs badminton gathering in itself.
haha.
miss the girls quite a bit esp germs and jayne.
just that someone was missing when she was supposed to be there.

anyway, we owned hwa chong 5-0
but i must say they were pretty good too.
next match against TJC on monday.
whee.
went to get a new phone tdy.
im still wondering what made me do that.
i miss my cybershot!!!!
and my 600 plus msges that were in it ):

birthdays, down times, up times,
argh
just everythg had to be deleted.
hope i can adjust to the new phone.
anyway,
watched IRONMAN with natasha after econs test.

it's a sunday people!
and now i know why joyce mentioned sunday blues.
i think im suffering from it too ):
how come the weekends end so quickly?!
nevertheless,
i think my weekend was pretty fruitful.
esp. in church.
for once i actually brought my book at the right time, did my bible study and didnt look or was lost during bible study.
haha.
that's a blessing.
things are getting better for our cell group(:
also, i had a double dose of badminton!
on saturday after cell and sunday after church.
saturday was pretty boring as there were less people.
but i won david!
haha.
it was a really fun match.
23-22(:
i think i have another blessing for the weekend.
but this one might seem weird.
was supposed to do chem and math tutorials during the weekends cuz they have been left undone for quite sometime.
but si ian took my chem notes and my math tutorials so dont have to/cant do them!
haha.
quite happy about that cuz if not i'll be stressed by the workload this weekend somehow.
haha.
told you it was weird.
gnna print my PI now,
and it looks pretty good(:

so i guess all in all,
this weekend has been pretty good though ive been feeling a bit on the down side.
but it has been a fine end to the week(:

that's my lesson for the week.
you know when you are concerned for someone, trying to help them get out of a sticky situation or just trying to make him/her feel better but they dont even realise you're trying,
much less say a word of thanks.
yea.
it's not about saying thanks but rather,
knowing that someone's there for you.
hmm..
it's okay.
that's why often i dont expect anything of the ppl close to me.
i guess this is how God feels when we down and out and when He tries to help or hint for us to go to church, we ignore Him
but in His case it's worse.
much worse.

anyway,
on a lighter note,
IT'S A FRIDAYYYYYYYYY!
THE WEEKENDS ARE FINALLY HERE!
QUITE HAPPY.
just that i dont really have the mood to celebrate.

havent been feeling too good these few days.
had a bit of flu, stomach upset and a sore throat's coming up.
sighs.
not when the tests are coming up.
oh wells.
things have been on the ups and downs recently.
im quite tempted to spill the beans.
but im just holding myself back cuz i dont wnna regret it.
just planning to keep it to myself.

it's either an A or no exemption.

i just found out im in the team this year for badminton.
just not playing.

heyhey
it's a saturday!

met julia before cell at lot 1 to just walk arnd.

it has been a really long time since we did that.

rmb when we first started going for cell,

we always took cab from lot 1 to church.

what we liked to call arriving in style.

haha.

but that was when cab fares started at $2.50 and the meter ran at 10cents everytime.

haha.

then instead of bible study,

our gp went to lot1!

haha.

many gps went for dinner instead of bible study too.

haha.

super fun.

i was real happy with that decision cuz i didnt do my bible study this week.

heehee.

narrow escape.

and i enjoyed the fellowship with my group(:

God has been gracious and i believe tmr's evangelistic service wld be a blast!

shall talk a bit about badminton.

tdy's training was pretty fine.

a bit on the tough side though.

but JTES was kind enough not to make me do an extra set cuz i came back last for drills.

haha.

i had quite a bit of fun playing against jialong for the 'BOX' match.

haha.

ALMOST won him.

if i did,

i wld make history.

hahahaha.

highlight of the day!
blood donation!
went to the LN, filled up the form, got my blood tested, waited for my turn and then the time came...
was sitting on the bed thing and the nurse checked for my vein.
right hand, then left hand.
and guess what.
i wasnt a suitable donor cuz they couldnt find the vein it.
LOL.
so much for freaking out.
was panicking quite badly before the whole thing.
maybe i'll try again next year to see if they can find my vein.
wasted more than an hr waiting for my turn.
at least i got to miss econs and see an hr less of mr. cetris paribus.

just got home from 1st part of missions training.
hmm..
i really need a recharge during this weekend for the challenging week ahead.
i just need a really long undisturbed sleep.
the prata i had somewhat didnt work.

im feeling weird again.
when can i find my true self?

i survived the chinese test.
it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be.
less than 24 hrs to blood donation!!
i might just change my mind tmr.
anyway,
im quite unhappy about sumtg called AP that we have in sch.
it's called active participation and it constitutes to 5% of our overall grade at the end of j1.
the problem is,
the teachers like to use it to threaten us to make us do hw and be punctual.
never do tutorial, minus AP.
late for lesson minus AP.
bad attitude, minus AP.
dont participate in class, minus AP.
every single day they talk about deducting AP.
cant they just relax a bit?
gosh.
going mad.
sigh.
was just told we have to do physics tutorial by tmr.
if not,
minus AP.

by the way.
im starting to like my class BIT-BY-BIT.
sleeping beauty's still super cute cause of the way he sleeps, wake up for less than 5 secs and then goes back to sleep again.
continuous cycle till he reaches earth again.
poor sleeping beauty.

hey.
haha.
another week has passed.
if i start rambling about sch,
it'll never end.
ive been complaining quite a lot these few days.
and it's really NOT good.
makes me dislike the teachers more.
which i still do.
grr..
i need someone to help me with math, ECONS AND CHINESE.
yes.
chinese.

someone questioned me about Christianity in sch the other day,
and it just left me baffled.
i didnt know what to say to defend whatever he shot at me.
felt quite helpless.
so i ended up not saying much cuz it'll just go on forever and i didnt wnna spoil the friendship.
hmm..
but i went for planetshakers on thurs and whatever he said was proven WRONG.
God does exist!
really felt God pressence and it was a feeling i never experienced during other worship sessions.
i was just filled with awe and WOWness about God's love for us.
but sumtg went wrong halfway so i left the place feeling really empty.
cant really explain how i felt so yea.
shall just leave it at that.
just thankful to God for renewing my faith yesterday.

hey hey.
decided to blog since it's a SUNDAYYYYYY!
the past week has been a mad rush.
usually i end cuz at 5pm on alternate thurs due to pw lecture
but this week,
it was EXCEPTIONAL in somewhat a good way.
i was supposed to have chem prac make-up from 5-6pm and math tutorial from 6-8pm.
yet, the irritating pw lecturer(s) which really irritated me to the ends of the earth had to end at 530 cuz they were scolding us.
so i choinged my chem prac in 1/2 and hrs time.
haha.
a new record!
and math tutorial ended at 9 plus.
wow.
but i managed to pay attention the whole time and understood everythg.
all thanks to mr leow.
anyway,
ive been trying to catch up with work and im almost done.
just left with ECONS.
which is an irritating thing that im struggling with. yup.
but i had a great week catching up with my friends and bonding with the rest of my classmates.
it allowed them to see a different side of me.
heehee.
also, we got our badminton rackets and badminton bag, much to the envy of the rest of the school.
haha.
but somehow i feel i dont deserve it since im not playing this year and on top of that, im not very satisfied with my choice of racket. hmm..
haha.
oh wells.
i had a great weekend in church too! (:

it's APRIL FOOL'S DAY everyone!
haha.
went to sch at 7 for SLO meeting.
and guess what?
mr leow bought all of us macs for breakfast.
31 sets of breakfast!!!!
haha.
it was really sweet of him.
i really miss the SLOs.
everyone of them.
plus mr leow and yihao.
mr leow has been msging us really sweet msges that make us go aww..
and the SLOs have been meeting at every break or even sit during lectures to slack, gossip, do work and chit chat.
it's really fun.
but i guess i ended up abandoning some of my other school friends.
haha.
now, there's seriously hundred and one things to do.
it's almost never ending,
yet, i thank God for putting that joy in me while im trying to catch up with work and for keeping me awake during lectures. that's really important cuz if i dose off for even a minute, that's it. and i'll be lost for the rest of the lecture.
also, as mr leow said,
whether you're stressed or not,
you still have to get your work done.
so im choosing to take things step by step.
however, no one likes the feeling of having too many uncompleted tasks at hand so i guess i need to get them done asap, if they they'll just keep coming.
also, there are more school activities coming up this week.
like thing cheer seminar that JJ is hosting and this IOC dialogue session at VJ which we are asked to go and usher.
haha.
i shld be giving them a miss as promised.
it's time to stop and concentrate on other things.
oh and guess what?
