hi there. lemme blog about cambodia. these will b on my mission stuff. so yea. as i shared earlier on, i taught english and chinese. haha. cool stuff. i personally preferred teaching the chinese class as there were lesser students the students were like ah bengs but i must say some were quite hardworking as u can tell they revised and cld remember most of the chinese stuff i taught. they had a problem. they cannot pronounce the zi of many of the chinese words. wanted to pull my hair out! haha. but they are still so funny. they were quite nice to talk to, considering i do not like to talk to strangers and their english wasnt very good. eng lessons was more of a struggle as we had to follow a curriculum and it was horrible. like in american context. how do the Cambodians relate to it? like eat pizza and pasta?? and there were a lot of students. beetles flying arnd me didnt help too. haha. we did kids club on sunday at the school washed hair for them and gave out free clothes. wah. heard the clothes area was super chaotic cuz some kids would pick their clothes some would get a new set, go home change into their old ones to come and get more. but i suppose.. those were the minority. there were kids who were beaming when they received new clothes i did the washing of hair it was quite fun but some of the kids had lice in their hair. we also had a day of christian values sharing. we shared the passage on jesus washing his disciples feet. and then we went to wash their feet. it was a first hand experience for me. when i got down to washing, it really hit me. like how jesus felt when he did. afterall, he was a well respected man and yet he humbled himself like a servant to wash the feet of his disciples. yea. and furthermore, their feet were sandy, calloused from walking barefoot for some, and also smelly. but it was a very humbling experience. some of the youths even washed our feet and the feet of the younger kids who were there. yea. tho we no one accepted christ or anything, im sure we sowed some seeds in them. r&r was at angkor watt and some markets. weather was KILLER! shall not elaborate. it was worse than singapore. shall blog about comical moments another time. brain cannot really work now. long day. presentation day at trackers. bishi bashi at ps with some of the trackers. i quite like it. tho arcade is really not my kinda thing. alrights. was just told it's my grandmother's one year death anniversary. didnt occur to me that it was one year already. emo agn. haha. oh wells. LOVES
